This series mainly consists of correspondence, position papers, proposals, studies, reports and resource publications relating to crime and judicial matters. Also included, are documents relating to consumer reform, civil rights procedures, law enforcement, gun control, and capitial punishment. Some of the material in this series is not related to criminal justice, such as health, religion, energy, and voter participation. These papers were written or obtained by members of the issue's staff and other professionals in their respective fields of expertise in the development of issue statements for the campaign.
